Spring at B&B La Mugletta feels like entering an impressionist painting: ever-changing shades of green, gently enlivened by blossoms, trees and wildflowers vying to unfold the fullness of their colors and energy.<\/p>\n
Green, however, is the central theme of this article.<\/p>\n
Green has a calming effect on the senses and as we are surrounded by nature, green also stands for our basic attitude and of course for a feeling of peace, harmony, relaxation …<\/p>\n
Behind La Mugletta, in the middle of the forest, we have created a small place that is completely surrounded by nature. Thick slabs of tree trunks from Monterosso form the “floor”, trees and shrubs – in other words: nature – form the “walls” of this reading and relaxation area; from the first light of dawn to the spectacular sunsets in the evening, every moment of the day offers special moments and moods. <\/p>\n
Green is also the main color of the wild herbs that can be found in the garden and forest at the moment, “pungitopo” (butcher’s broom), “carletti” (common ragwort), “aglio orsino” (wild garlic) are just some of the many herbs that can be found now.<\/p>\n
And last but not least, the Easter bunny drops by from time to time and leaves an egg or two in the greenery of the garden …<\/p>\n
